The 2′ x 6′ painted and collaged RISING PANELS (2021)

As a responses to the Guardian sculptures and the RISING film, RISING Panels each began with a still of the heroine from the short film. Onto a large photo banner still of the short film, Tiffany Besonen added color, motion, and biomorphic imagery with pastels, colored pencil, acrylic paint, and collaged paper & fabric onto the photo surface.
